Had a lovely stay at Kinan Boutique. It’s a very modern boutique hotel that’s maintained very well. The staff are very attentive and showed initiative in trying to make our stay as enjoyable as can be. Would rate our stay a 10/10

Kinan boutique is an excellent hotel with tastefully decorated rooms. Their restaurant (a few minutes walk away) serves delicious food. Highly recommend it for a lovely stay in Fulidhoo.

The hotel is newly opened, with clean and bright rooms. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the waters right across are great for snorkeling. The only issue is the showerhead in the bathroom—it tends to tilt to odd angles on its own, and water can easily splash outside the shower area. Housekeeping comes daily to clean the room. For breakfast, you need to go to the older property; at the new one, it’s mostly self-service and you rarely see staff around.

We didn’t stay at Kinan, but was recommended by chance or other guests in the same hotel we stayed. So We went on 2 excursions with Kinan Beach club. Shark, turtle, Dolphin excursion team was outstanding and professional. They ensure everyone safety. The lady guide and the other guy took very nice photos and video. Everyone was so helpful. It was memorable. 2 thumbs up.

We are currently staying at the Kinan Boutique Hotel and are having a wonderful stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff are remarkable (thank you to Fuma, the bellhops, and the entire team).

It must be said that the excursions organized by the hotel are excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the chosen destinations are magnificent!

Excellent place. The staff is incredibly friendly. Every corner of the island is magical. Their hotel has a perfect location. The food is delicious, and the activities they organize are spectacular, like the Maldives Night.

One of the best accommodations we've stayed in in terms of value for money. Everything is very well maintained and beautiful. The beach is right in front, although it's not a bikini beach, but it's perfect for snorkeling, teeming with coral and fish. If you go snorkeling, they told us you can wear your swimsuit. Breakfast is served in front of their other hotel, next to a wonderful beach and close to the pier. The breakfast is fantastic, with show-cooking of the omelets, and the service from the waiters is incredible. They speak excellent English and are very attentive and helpful. You can also request the buffet in the evening; definitely try it, everything is delicious and well-priced. There's a great variety and quality. And what can I say about the snorkeling excursions... Absolutely fantastic!! They took some amazing photos of us with their camera 🫶🏼🙏. If you go there, this is the place for you!!! Thank you so much for everything, an incredible experience!!

Our five days at Kinan Retreat were unforgettable. We stayed in a Super Deluxe room, which was an important factor in our choice as these rooms face the ocean directly. The rooms are fine—although they could benefit from some renovation, everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were also good; the selection is not very large, but it is more than sufficient, and we were always able to eat well. However, this is not what truly defines Kinan. What makes this place special are the wonderful people who keep everything running. Kinan is one big family, and if you choose them, you become a part of it. We met truly amazing people, and we definitely left a piece of our hearts there while our souls were completely recharged. I must especially highlight Hussain from the Kinan Beach Club. His enthusiasm and attitude are simply incredible. Before our excursion, we were promised that we would definitely see a turtle while snorkeling—and he did not stop until he found one for us. Thank you for the conversations, the countless anecdotes, the laughter, and the immense joy you brought into our days. This place is not just an accommodation; it is a feeling. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit a local island. It is the perfect choice. Thank you for everything, Kinan Team. You touched my soul and stole a piece of my heart. 💙

My boyfriend and I went on a day trip to the island. It's beautiful, with epic beaches, and you can see rays and sharks up close. We had some trouble getting our boat back, but the staff at Kinan Retreat were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything!

If I were to recommend someone to a place this will be on the top. One of the best hospitality we ever received, not that the comfort were topnotch but the intent of the entire staff to serve you to their best ability and go out of way to mark this is simply incredible. Bring a public beach it has certain advantages Offers some of the best views during sun rise and sunsets and quite in proximity to the jetti and offers a lot of activities in the ocean

We had an amazing stay at Kinan Boutique. The service was excellent, and we truly loved the room and enjoyed the beautiful view. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Faisal, and to Juma and Maskey for their assistance and outstanding service. We stayed at Kinan Boutique on Fulidhoo Island for five nights, in rooms 12 and 18, four adults and one child (4 years old). The rooms were very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling ventilator above the bed, a small balcony, and a large, well-designed bathroom. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and plenty of space. The boutique hotel itself is beautiful. It has a spacious lobby and an interior staircase connecting all floors, which gives the place a calm and elegant atmosphere. Food was a highlight of our stay. The à la carte dinners were exceptional. We ate there every evening, and every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and genuinely delicious. The service was polite, warm, and attentive. The staff were always friendly and ready to help, often going the extra mile to make our stay easier and more pleasant. The location was perfect for us. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the trees along the shore provide natural shade, which was especially nice with a child. We truly recommend Kinan Boutique and would happily stay there again.
